Every single person on earth has its own fear.
So, start from …
1) realizing it
2) telling it to the other person you want to be assertive with
3) hopefully the other person would help you overcome it or,
4) the other person would share its own fear too
There’s always a possibility to fail….
but I would definitely do it again because it is healthy and puts my heart at ease.
